Tato práce se zabývá problematikou používání směnek jako platebního a zajišťovacího nástroje v mezinárodním obchodě. V práci je podrobně analyzována česká směnečná kolizní úprava. This thesis addresses the use of bills of exchange as a payment and security instrument in international trade. The Czech legal system regarding conflict of laws is thoroughly analyzed.
