Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Analýza společensky odpovědných aktivit podniku“ je analýza CSR aktivit vybraného podniku, se zaměřením na důvody angažovanosti tohoto podniku v CSR. Po rešerši dosavadních poznatků týkajících se problematiky CSR budou analyzovány společensky odpovědné aktivity vybraného podniku. Následně bude proveden výzkum ve vybrané skupině stakeholderů podniku, týkající se jejího vnímání CSR aktivit tohoto podniku. Na základě komparace výsledků z obou výzkumů budou formulována doporučení pro další vedení společensky odpovědných aktivit podniku.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis “Analysis of Corporate Social Responsibility Activities” is an analysis of CSR activities of the selected company, focusing on its reasons for engagement in the CSR. After the research of present knowledge relating to the area of CSR will be analysed socially responsible activities of the selected company. Subsequently, the research will be conducted among the selected group of the company´s stakeholders concerning its perception of CSR activities of the company. Based on the comparison of the outcomes of both of these researches, the recommendations for futher conducting of CSR activities of the company will be formulated.
