Investiční rozhodování na trhu nemovitostí ve střední Evropě

Investment decision making on the real estate market in Central Europe
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je komparace třech konkrétních lokálních trhů s nemovitostmi v Berlíně, Praze a Vídni. Na základě teorie investičního rozhodování, zvolených indikátorů trhu a modelové investice je zkoumáno, který ze sledovaných trhů vykazuje potenciálně nejvyšší čistý procentuální výnos z investice.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is the comparison of three specific local real estate markets in Berlin, Prague and Vienna. Based on the theory of investment decision, selected market indicators and model of investment is examined which of the monitored markets has potentially the highest net percentage return on investment.
