Abstract:

Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je popis změn, které nastaly v souvislosti s aktuální důchodovou reformou a připravovanou novelou zákona o pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelích. První část seznamuje se základními pojmy - pojištění, regulace a dohled, a to včetně zákonů upravujících tuto rozsáhlou oblast. Druhá, stěžejní část staví na již objasněných pojmech a používá je jako všeobecně zažité. Jejími nosnými pilíři jsou podmínky vstupu do odvětví zprostředkování pojištění, konkrétně testy odborné způsobilosti subjektů se zájmem o provozování této činnosti. Práce poukazuje na poměrně jednoduchou možnost získání oprávnění k zprostředkování pojištění, a to díky nízké obtížnosti zkoušky odborné způsobilosti. Ke zlepšení současné situace by měla přispět připravovaná novela zákona o pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelích, jejíž průchod legislativním procesem je však bohužel velmi zdlouhavý. Největším úspěchem na poli regulace prodejců pojištění tedy zůstává současně platná a účinná důchodová reforma.

Abstract:

The main topic of this thesis is to describe the changes that have occurred in the context of the current pension reform and an amendment of the Insurance Intermediaries. The first part introduces the basic concepts - insurance regulation and supervision, including laws governing this vast area. The second main part builds on concepts already cleared and used as widely experienced. Its cornerstone is the entry conditions in the insurance mediation, specifically proficiency tests entities with an interest in performing the operation. The work refers to a relatively simple way to obtain authorization for insurance mediation, due to the low difficulty proficiency tests. To improve the current situation should contribute to an amendment of the Insurance Intermediaries, whose passage through the legislative process is very lengthy. The greatest success in the field of regulation of insurance salesmen, therefore, the current force and effect pension reform.
