Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou psychické náročnosti profese všeobecné sestry. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se soustředí na profesi všeobecné sestry, na pracovní a psychickou zátěž sester. Dále definuje stres a zabývá se problematikou umírání. Abstract:
This thesis deals with mental demands of the profession as a nurse. Theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the profession as alicensed practical nurse, their working and physical load. Furthermore, it defines stress and deals with dying. The thesis also analyses role of working group, one part is dedicated to burnout and its prevention and points out to importance of nurse?s mental hygiene. The …more
