Abstract:
Práce se věnuje problematice plánování a řízení projektů ve společnosti Dimension Data Czech Republic a.s. Její systém plánování a řízení projektů posuzuje v kontextu teorie a na základě auditu vybraných projektů navrhuje jejímu managementu několik doporučení, jejichž realizací může dojít k větší profesionalizaci projektového řízení.
Abstract:
This thesis is devoted to planning and project management in company Dimension Data Czech Republic a.s. It reviews company´s system of planning and project management in context of theory and based on audit of selected projects it comes with several recommendations, whose implementation may result in greater professionalization of project management system.
