Tato diplomová práce hodnotí systém ochrany klienta v oblasti bankovního sektoru ČR. Snaží se upozornit na českou legislativu a její zákony. Definuje nejdůležitější pojmy, uvádí důvody jeho ochrany. This thesis evaluates the protection system for a client in the Czech financial sector. It seeks to draw attention on the Czech legislation and its laws. It defines key terms, states the reasons for its protection. The focus is stressed on forms of protection such as consumer loans, deposit insurance, payments and information awareness.
