Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s tématem "Poruchy osobnosti" se zabývá především celkovým vývojem lidské osobnosti v návaznosti na výskyt poruch osobnosti. Cílem této bakalářské práce je přiblížit problematiku poruch osobnosti, především jejich příčinu vzniku, diagnostický postup a následnou terapii. Bakalářská práce obsahuje celkem deset teoretických kapitol a jednu praktickou, zabývající se výzkumem z oblasti farmakoterapie. První tři kapitoly se zabývají samotnou osobností člověka a jejím postupným vývojem z psychologického pohledu, zbývající teoretické kapitoly jsou už zaměřeny na samotné téma bakalářské práce, tedy na poruchy osobnosti. První kapitola se snaží pomocí definic charakterizovat samotnou osobnost člověka a v následující kapitole je popsán její postupný vývoj. Dílčí podkapitoly jsou poté zaměřeny na teorie vývoje osobnosti z pohledu Sikmunda Freuda, Erika Eriksona a pomocí behaviorální a kognitivní teorie vývoje osobnosti. Třetí kapitola je jako poslední zaměřena všeobecně na osobnost člověka, pomocí přiblížení struktury a dynamiky osobnosti. Poté jsou již definovány poruchy osobnosti, které jsou v následných kapitolách rozřazeny do klasifikačního systému, je přiblížena etiologie poruch osobnosti, typické znaky této nemoci a následná psychologická diagnostiky a terapie. Devátá kapitola je již zaměřena na specifické poruchy osobnosti, které jsou v dílčích podkapitolách samostatně charakterizovány a předposlední kapitola práce vymezuje poruchy osobnosti, dle jiného klasifikačního systému. Je zde tedy znázorněn rozdíl mezi klasifikacemi. Jedenáctá, poslední kapitola, se zabývá výzkumem z oblasti farmakoterapie a jejím využití při léčbě poruch osobnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis entitled "Personality Disorders" is mainly focused on overall development of human personality in connection with occurrence of personality disorders. The goal of this work is to approach problems of personality disorders, especially ther cause of origin, diagnostic procedure and subsequent therapy. This bachelor thesis is divided into ten theoretical chapters and one practical research dealing with pharmacotherapy. The first free chapters are deal with the personality itself and its gradual development from a psychological point of view, the remaining theoretical chapters are already focused on the theme of the bachelor thesis itself, namely personality disorders. The first charter attempts to characterize the personality of the person by definition, and the subsequent chapter describes his progressive development. The subchapters are then focused on the theory of personality development from the point of view of Sikmund Freud, Erik Erikson and the behavioral and cognitive theory of personality development. The third chapter focuses on the personality of the person in general, through the approach of the structure and the dynamics of the personality. After that personality disorders, which are classified in the following chapters, are defined in the classification system, the etiology of personality disorders, the typical signs of this disease and the subsequent psychological diagnostics and therapy. The ninth chapter is focused on specific personality disorders, which are separately characterized in the subchapters and the penultimate chapter of the work defines personality disorders, according to another classification system. There is a difference between the classifications. The eleventh, last chapter deals with research in the field of pharmacotherapy and its use in the treatment of personality disorders.
