Analysis of employee care in the Police presidium of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá analýzou péče o zaměstnance v Policejním prezidiu České republiky. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat péči o zaměstnance v Policejním prezidiu České republiky. Práce je zaměřena na rozbor složek péče o zaměstnance, přičemž má být zjištěno, zda dochází k překročení zákonem stanového rozsahu péče. Na základě analýzy budou formulovány doporučení pro jednotlivé složky péče. Teoretická část je věnována jednotlivým složkám péče o zaměstnance v její základní legislativní definici a jejím rozšířeném vnímání. Praktická část se nejprve věnuje popisu organizace, dále je na základě poznatků z teoretické části a komunikace s příslušným personálem popsán aktuální systém péče o zaměstnance. Informace pro zpracování praktické části jsou získány na základě komunikace s personálním odborem Policejního prezidia ČR. Praktickou část doprovází i polostrukturovaný rozhovor s vedoucím oddělení výkonu personálních činností Policejního prezidia České republiky. Výstupem bude SWOT analýza a navržení nápravných doporučení vedoucích ke zlepšení jednotlivých složek péče.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the analysis of employee care in the Police Presidium of the Czech Republic. Bachelor thesis aims to analyse the care of employees in the Police Presidium of the Czech Republic. Based on the analysis, recommendations will be formulated for individual components of care. The theoretical part is devoted to individual components of employee care in its basic legislative definition and its extended perception. The practical part first deals with the description of the organization, then the current system of employee care is described based on acquired information from the theoretical part and communication with the relevant personnel. Data for the formulation of practical part is obtained by continuous communication with the personnel department of the Police Presidium of the Czech Republic. The practical part is accompanied by a semi-structured interview with the head of the personnel activities department of the Police Presidium of the Czech Republic. The output will be the SWOT analysis of the organization and the design of corrective recommendations leading to the improvement of individual components of care.
