Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodikou postupu izolace a kultivace sinic a studiem diverzity sinic. Je dělena na literární rešerši a praktickou část. První část literární rešerše je zaměřena na Antarktidu jako celek, dále na její terestrické, hydro-terestrické, ale především limnické (jezerní) ekosystémy. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with the methodology of isolating and cultivating cyanobacteria, as well as studying the diversity of cyanobacteria. It is divided into a literature review and a practical part. The first part, which is a literature review, focuses on Antarctica as an ice continent, including its terrestrial, hydro-terrestrial, and limnetic ecosystems.
