Práce se zabývá návrhem architektury pro správu dat v projektech THALAMOSS A BBMRI_CZ. První z projektů spadá pod Seventh Framework Programme Evropské Unie a druhý představuje velkou infrastrukturu v rámci České republiky. The thesis concerns with design of a separate management platform for THALAMOSS and BBMRI_CZ projects. The former belongs under the European Union’s Seventh Framework Programme, the latter is presented as a Large Infrastructure in the Czech Republic.
