Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského plánu na založení společnosti zaměřené na pronájem bytů v rekreační oblasti Beskydy. V teoretické části se autor zabývá postupem při zakládání společnosti, výběrem právní formy podnikání, popisem stanovených cílů. V praktické části je pak zpracována analýza trhu, sestaven finanční plán.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to compile a business plan for establishment of APARE firm which focuses on renting out flats in the recreational area of Beskydy. In the theoretical part, the procedure of establishment of the firm, the choice of legal status and description of set aims are dealt with.
