Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je ?Informovanost pacientů s anginou pectoris v oblasti selfmanagementu?. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit úroveň informovanosti pacientů s anginou pectoris v oblasti selfmanagementu. Zjistit také úroveň informovanosti o životním stylu a léčebném režimu. Dále zda jsou dostatečně informovaní o správném užívání nitroglycerinu, a o tom, jak se zachovat při anginózním záchvatu bolesti. Poslední cílem je zjistit nejčastější zdroj informací pro respondenty. Teoretická část práce se zabývá obecně onemocněním angina pectoris, její definicí, rozdělením, rizikovými faktory, příznaky, diagnostikou, léčbou a prevencí. Dále je zmíněna důležitost edukace pacienta a informovanosti v oblasti selfmanagementu bolesti a managementu životního stylu. Empirickou část tvoří kvantitativní průzkum, na zjištění údajů byla použita forma dotazníků. Z průzkumu bylo zjištěno, že většina respondentů je dostatečně informovaná o managementu životního stylu. Přesto ne však všichni dodržují režimová opatření. V oblasti selfmanagementu informovanost není dostatečná. Celá 1/3 respondentů nezná deník bolesti, nemají základní znalosti při užívání nitroglycerinu, více jak 1/3 respondentů neví, jak se správně zachovat při anginózním záchvatu. V budoucnu by se mělo této oblasti věnovat více času. Především by měli být pacienti ihned po zjištění nemoci dostatečně informovaní o léčebném režimu, o první pomoci při anginózním záchvatu a samozřejmě o pravidlech aplikace nitroglycerinu. V kardiologických ambulancích by měl být pacient seznámen s deníkem bolesti, kde by mu měl být předložen i vzor pro lepší pochopení. Dále by mohl být v čekárně na nástěnce informační leták zaměřený na deník bolesti, ale i rizikové faktory. Pro nedostatek času v ordinacích by mohl být zaveden seminář vedený odborným zdravotnickým týmem, který by edukoval pacienty ohledně onemocnění, léčebném režimu a deníku bolesti.

Abstract:

The topic of my thesis is ?Awareness of patients with angina pectoris in the field of selfmanagement". The main aim of this thesis is to determine the level of awareness of patients with angina pectoris in selfmanagement. The task was also to determine the level of information about a lifestyle and treatment regimen. Furthermore, the goal was to determine if the patients are well informed about the correct use of nitroglycerin, and how to keep fit during anginosus pain. The last objective is to identify the most common source of information for respondents. The theoretical part deals with general disease, angina pectoris, its definition, division, risk factors, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and prevention. There is also mentioned the importance of patient education, awareness of pain selfmanagement and management of lifestyle. The empirical part consists of a quantitative survey, questionnaires were used to determine the data. The survey found that most respondents are sufficiently informed about the management of lifestyle. But not all people follow the regime measures. In the selfmanagement, the awareness is not sufficient. The entire third of respondents do not know the pain diary, do not have basic knowledge in the use of nitroglycerin, more than one third of respondents do not know how to properly maintain the anginosus attack. In the future, there is need to devote more time to this area. In particular, patients should be immediately after the detection of the disease sufficiently informed about the therapeutic regime, instructed on first aid during anginosus attack and rules of application of nitroglycerin. Patient should be familiarized with the pain diary at a cardiology clinic, where they would be introduced to a model diary for better understanding. On the notice board in the waiting room, there should be a newsletter focused on daily pain, but also a risk factors list should be placed there. For lack of time in the medical offices, there could be established seminar led by an expert medical team, which would educate patients about disease, treatment regimen and the pain diary.
