Tato diplomová práce vychází z daňového balíčku, který nabyl účinnosti koncem roku 2019. Tento balíček s sebou přinesl změny v oblasti daňové uznatelnosti technických rezerv v komerčních pojišťovnách. The thesis is based on the tax package, which came into force at the end of 2019. This package has brought changes in the tax deductibility of technical provisions in insurance companies.
