Předmětem bakalářské práce je stabilizace a rozvoj rodinné společnosti po jejím převzetí. Teoretická část analyzuje charakteristiku rodinného podnikání, jeho úskalí a téma nástupnictví. Teze této práce se zaměřuje především na fázi po převzetí rodinného podniku. V praktické části je popsán konkrétní případ společnosti, kde nástupník převzal rodinný podnik. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the stabilisation and development of the family company after its takeover.
