Urban development of Krnov in the period 1990-2010.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářská práce je zmapovat rozvoj a regenerací fyzických struktur města Krnova v období 1990?2010. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části je vymezeno město a jeho vlastnosti, jakožto oblast zkoumání. Posléze jsou popsány obecně různé aspekty, nástroje a procesy rozvoje obcí a měst ČR v tomto období. Dále jsou popsány procesy probíhající v městském prostoru: revitalizace, urbanizace a deindustrializace. Praktická část práce se zabývá popisem a zhodnocením rozvoje města Krnova ve dvou posledních dekádách. Rozvoj města je rozdělen podle jednotlivých tematických oblastí: průmyslový rozvoj města, výstavba ve městě, rozvoj maloobchodní sítě a regenerace nemovitostí. V závěru je popsána vize budoucího možného vývoje města Krnova, a charakterizován jeden z budoucích projektů. Byla použita metoda kompilace textů vycházející ze studia odborné literatury.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to explore development and regeneration of physical structures of Krnov in the period 1990 to 2010. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part is defined city with his properties, as the area of this research. Then are described generally different aspects, instruments and processes of development of towns and villages in the Czech republic during this period.Then are described processes ongoing in urban space: revitalization, urbanization and deindustrialization. The practial part examines description and evaluation development of the town of Krnov in the last two periods. The development of the town is divided by following thematic fields: industrial development of Krnov, construction in the city, development of retail and regeneration of property. At the end of my work is described vision of possible future development of the town of Krnov, and then is characterized one of the future projects. I have used the metod of compilation texts based on the study literature.
