Perspectives of European Union Common Foreign and Security Policy After Denying of European Constitution

Abstract:

ANOTACE Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je seznámit s vývojem evropského integračního procesu z hlediska vývoje evropské politické spolupráce a evropské politické integrace zejména při vytváření a realizování Společné zahraniční a bezpečnostní politiky a Evropské bezpečnostní a obranné politiky Evropské unie. Moje práce by měla přispět k porozumění zásadních problémů dlouhodobého procesu vytváření jednotné zahraniční a obranné politiky Evropské unie především v podmínkách rozšiřující se Evropské unie a v kontextu institucionálních reforem Evropské unie, které navrhovala jak zamítnutá Evropská ústava, tak i nynější reformní Lisabonská smlouva.

Abstract:

SUMMARY The main task of the diploma work is to get acquainted with an evolution of of the European Integration process from the point of view of developing the European political cooperation and European political integration in creating and realizing the European Union Common Foreign and Security Policy and the European Security and Defense Policy. My diploma study should contribute to an understanding of the principal problems in the long-term process of creating an European Union unified foreign and defense policy above all in the conditions of extending the European Union and in the context of an European Union institutional reforms which have been proposed by both the condemned European Constitution and the current Lisabon Agreement.
