Cytokinindehydrogenasa (CKX; EC 1.5.99.12) je flavoenzym, který obsahuje kovalentně navázaný kofaktor flavinadenindinukleotid (FAD). Kofaktor FAD je navázán k histidinu, který je součástí konzervovaného vazebného motivu GHS, prostřednictvím vazby 8-N1-histidyl. Cytokinin dehydrogenase (CKX; EC 1.5.99.12) is a flavoenzyme that contains a covalently bound flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) cofactor. The FAD cofactor is bound via the 8-N1-histidyl bond to histidine, which is a part of the conserved GHS binding motif.
