V práci pojednávám o léčebných možnostech hudby, o hudbě našich těl, o hudbě okolo nás a hudbě v nás. Snažím se přiblížit nejen hudebníkům skryté účinky hudby. Nabídnout možnost hudební hygieny, která je vhodná jak pro hudební profesionály, tak při pedagogické činnosti, nebo hudební laiky. In this work I discuss treatment options of music, the music of our bodies, the music around us and in our music. I am trying to bring hidden effects of music not only to the musicians, but to offer music hygiene that is suitable both for music professionals and there educational activites, and for musical laymen.
