Quick Response as tool for customer value increasing

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá metodou Quick Response, její historií a vývojem a definuje pojem Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR). Dále popisuje vliv QR na procesní nastavení podniku a způsob jakým QR ovlivňuje podnik jak v rovině strategické, tak v rovině takticko-operativní. Praktické využití této metody při řízení hmotných toků je aplikováno u problematických produktů ve firmě Henkel ČR, spol. s r.o., divizi lepidel.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with method called Quick Response, its history and development and then with Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR). The influence of QR on process setting of the company and how QR affects the company in strategic plane and tactical {--} operative plane is also discussed. The practical use of QR for ensuring the material flow is applied for problematic items products in Henkel ČR, spol. s r.o., Adhesives Technologies division.
