V předložené práci je popsána syntéza nových heterocyklických sloučenin, jejichž struktura je podobá účinnému inhibitoru cyklin-dependentních kinas - pyrazolu CAN508, jenž prokázal cytostatické účinky na několik nádorových linií. The synthesis of new derivatives of pyrazole CAN508, which is known potent inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases, is described. Cyclin-dependent kinases (CDK) are group of enzymes, which play an essential role in the regulation of cell division. Deregulated activity of CDK is seen in many cancer diseases.
