Tato práce se zabývá rozpočtovým určením daní, na jehož základě stát přerozděluje inkasované daně na kraje a obce. Tyto daně patří mezi takzvané sdílené daně. Znamená to, že část zůstává ve státním rozpočtu a část se podle stanoveného schématu rozděluje. This work deals with the budgetary determination of taxes, on the basis of which the State redistributes the collected taxes to counties and municipalities. These taxes are among the so-called shared taxes. This means that part remains in the state budget and part is distributed according to the scheme.
