Abstract:

Úvod přináší obecný přehled a důvody, proč byla práce vybrána, také představuje hlavní hypotézy, které budou v průbehu práce potvrzeny či vyvráceny. Teoretický rámec se zaměřuje na základní úkoly, jako je poslání a vize, které musí být stanoveny předem, aby společnost měla přesný směr ke svým cílům. Nezbytné analýzy je nutné zmapovat a tím definovat pozici společnosti ve srovnání s konkurencí. Nejvetší část se zabývá výběrem strategie a dále výběrem funkčních a kontrolních plánů. Praktický rámec se zaměřuje na budování podnikatelského plánu stavějícího na struktuře popsané v teoretické části. Praktická část začíná krátkým představením současného podnikatelského konceptu mateřských center. Dále práce pojednává o formování mise, vize a cílů podnikatelského plánu. Po této části následuje SWOT analýza, která definuje slabé, silné stránky a hrozby a příležitosti, ktere mohou mít vliv na podnik buď iterně nebo externě. Boston Consulting Group Matrix pomáhá společnosti pochopit portfolio služeb a jejich finanční přínos a postavení na trhu ve srovnání s konkurencí. Závěr shrnuje výsledky práce na základě použitých nástrojů a metod. Součástí závěru je také vyhodnocení hypotéz.

Abstract:

Introduction brings general overview and reasons why the thesis topic was chosen to write about and also introduce main thesis hypothesis that will be confirmed or disproved. The theoretical framework focuses on basic tasks such as mission and vision that has to be established in advance to ensure the company will have straight direction to its goals. The analyses are necessary to map and define the company position in comparison to the competitors. The largest portion deals with the strategy selection, functional plans and control plans. The practical framework focuses on building the business plan based on the structure described in the theoretical framework. The part starts with short debrief of current business concept of maternity centre to introduce the existing business model. The next part forms mission, vision and goals of the business plan followed by SWOT analysis to define weak, strong, threats and opportunities that can influence the company either internally or externally. Boston Consulting Group Matrix helps the company to understand the service portfolio and its financial income and position on the market in comparison to the competitors. Conclusion summarizes the thesis results based on tools and methods used and evaluate the hypothesis.
