Determination of compounds occurring in the seeds of Salvia hispanica by modern analytical methods
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá chemickým složením semen šalvěje hispánské (Salvia hispanica L.). V první části je provedena stručná charakteristika rostliny. Následně je rozebráno chemické složení semen a jsou zde popsány také jejich vlastnosti a účinky na lidský organismus. V poslední části bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny metody stanovení jednotlivých složek chia semen.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the chemical composition of Salvia hispanica seeds. The first part contains short plant characteristics. In the next part there is described the composition of seeds. Their properties and effects on human organism are also described here. The last part is summarising methods for the determination of compounds occurring in chia seeds.
