Design Solution Influence on Funcionality of Cutting Blades in Shape Corp.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na úpravu konstrukce střižného nástroje za účelem zvýšení jeho životnosti a snížení nákladů na jeden střih. Jedná se o střižný nástroj pro dělení speciálního profilu tvaru monoleg. V práci je nejprve představena teorie střihu a technologie Shape Corp. Dále práce seznamuje s návrhem tvaru nožů, výpočtem střižné síly a polohy výslednice, výpočtem střižné vůle, výpočtem tlaku hydraulického zařízení, určením polohy technologických otvorů, výrobou střižného nože. Další část práce se věnuje testování navržených nožů v sériové výrobě. V poslední fázi práce je provedeno technickoekonomické hodnocení navržených variant nožů. Výsledky práce jsou zveřejněny v textu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is aimed to design modification of cutting tooling in order to increase its longevity and reduce the cost of cutting process. Cutting tool in Shape Corp. describes set of dies and blade in this case designed for specific shape of rollformed profile - the "monoleg" section. The thesis is divided into two main chapters - theoretical part and part dedicated to testing of geometry developed by myself. The thesis deals with design of blades geometry, calculations of shear forces and positions of the resultant, calculations of shear clearances, calculations of hydraulic equipment pressure, determining the position of technological holes, manufacturing of shearing blades. The thesis second part describes tests performed with experimental tools on work centers used for serial production of automotive parts for impact energy management. The thesis result with technical and economical evaluation and its asset for Shape Corp. company.
