Bakalářská práce se zabývá periferními nervovými blokádami u nádorové a chronické bolesti. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána bolest, její fyziologie, dělení, hodnocení a je zde nastíněna farmakologie bolesti. The bachelor's thesis deals with peripheral nerve blocks in cancer and chronic pain. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the pain, its physiology, divison, evaluation and there is outlined the pharmacology of pain too.
