Contours: Franchise in a Healthy Lifestyle

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem mého projektu je rozšíření franchisového konceptu v oblasti zdravého životního stylu. V diplomové práci navrhnu pobočku, která splní podmínky vstupu do franchi-ového řetězce Contours. Teoretická část se skládá ze dvou částí. V první části jsou před-staveny důležité pojmy, historie, legislativa, výhody a nevýhody této moderní formy pod-nikání. Druhá část je zaměřena na sestavení podnikatelského plánu, který je nezbytnou sou-částí k začátku podnikání. V praktické části je vypracován podnikatelský plán na konkrétní franchisovou firmu, včetně finanční, marketingové a rizikové analýzy. Výsledkem projektu je potvrdit nebo vyvrátit, zda je založení podniků reálné či nikoliv.

Abstract:

The main goal of my project is to extend th efranchise concept of a healthylife-style. In my work, I will propose an extension that meets the conditions to franchise Contours. The theoretical part consists of two parts. The first part introduces important concepts, history, legislation, advantages and disadvantages of this modern form of entrepreneurship The second part focuses on the build business plan, which is an essential component to start a business. In the practical part of the drawn-financing business plan on a particular franchise company, including financial, marketing and risk analysis. The result of the projectis to confirm or disprove whether the establishment ofcorporatereal or not.
