Mechanical equipment for planting vineyards

Abstract:

Cílem zadané bakalářské práce bylo pojednat o zásadách a postupech uplatňovaných v souvislosti s výsadbou vinice se zaměřením na využívané vybavení a mechanizační prostředky. Je to především příprava pozemku, rozvržení směru řádků, volba sponu, odrůdy. Dále je také popsáno nářadí a mechanizační prostředky pro výsadbu s podrobným popisem poloautomatického sazeče.Dále je věnována pozornost implementaci výpočetní techniky a GPS do poloautomatických sazečů a důsledky pro přesnost a rychlost výsadby.Při porovnání nákladů výsadby modelové vinice vychází nejvýhodněji výsadba poloautomatickým sazečem s ohledem na čas a ekonomiku procesu. Bylo zjištěno že plocha 35 ha je hodnota u které jsou srovnatelné náklady při výsadbě nově pořízeným poloautomatickým sazečem a výsadbou vinice na zakázku externí firmou.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to discuss the principles and procedures applied in context with the planting of the vineyard with a focus on the used equipment and mechanization equipment.It is mainly the preparation of the land, the layout of directions of the line, the selection of the spacing, the varieties. It is also described tools and mechanization equipment for planting with a detailed description of a semi-automatic planter.Attention is also paid to the implementation of computer technology and GPS into semi-automatic planters and the consequences for accuracy and speed of planting.When comparing the planting costs of a model vineyard, it is most advantageous to plant by a semi-automatic planter with regard to the time and economy of the process. It has been found that the area of 35 ha is the value at which are comparable costs of planting by newly made semi-automatic planter and the planting of the vineyard to order by an external company.
