Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá resocializací vězňů z hlediska pracovníků penitenciární a postpenitenciární péče. Recidiva je v České republice vážným problémem, k jehož řešení může přispět účinnější resocializace vězňů. Výzkum zahrnuje výsledky kvantitativního šetření realizovaného počátkem roku 2024 technikou dotazníkového šetření mezi pracovníky Vězeňské služby ČR a Probační a mediační služby.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the resocialization of prisoners from the point of view of penitentiary and post-penitentiary care workers. Recidivism is a serious problem in the Czech Republic, which can be addressed by more effective resocialization of prisoners.
