Production Streamlining Project with the Intention of Achieving Customer Capacity Requirements

Abstract:

Hlavným cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je zefektívnenie výroby za účelom dosiahnutia kapacitných požiadaviek zákazníka, ktorý je podmienený splnením jednotlivých cieľov, ktorými sú, analyzovanie výroby pomocou stres testov, zvýšenie ukazovateľa OEE, vytvorenie smernice pre vykonávanie stres testov. Pre splnenie stanovených cieľov boli využité metódy priemyslového inžinierstva a nástrojov MS OFFICE. Teoretická časť tejto práce je z oblasti štíhleho podniku, výroby, procesov, VSM a Run at Rate auditov. V praktickej časti je najprv opísaná vybraná spoločnosť, stres testy vo vybranej spoločnosti, popis výrobného procesu projektu, mapa hodnotového toku a analýza jednotlivých zariadení. V projektovej časti je uvedený časový harmonogram projektu, RIPRAN analýza, projekcia pôvodnej výrobnej objednávky, opatrenia vzniknuté na základe analýz zariadení. Výsledkom práce je zefektívnenie výrobného procesu, ktorý je pripravený byť odprezentovaný zástupcom zákazníka počas Run at Rate auditu.

Abstract:

The main goal of this thesis is to streamline production to achieve customer capacity requirements, which is conditioned by meeting the individual objectives, which are, analysing production using stress tests, increasing the OEE indicator, creating guidelines for performing stress tests. The methods of industrial engineering and MS OFFICE tools were used to meet the set goals. The theoretical part of this work is in the field of lean enterprise, production, processes, VSM and Run at Rate audits. The practical part first describes the selected company, stress tests in the selected company, description of the production process of the project, VSM and analysis of individual devices. The project part contains the time schedule of the project, RIPRAN analysis, projection of the original production order, measures created based on equipment analysis. The result of the work is a streamlining of the production process, which is ready to be presented by the customer's representative during the Run at Rate audit.
