Cieľom bakalárskej práce „Ekonomický a právny pohľad na štátny rozpočet a rozpočty ÚSC“ je bližšie vymedziť jednotlivé pojmy súvisiace s danou tematikou, predovšetkým z právneho a ekonomického hľadiska. Prvá časť práce je venovaná hlavne právnej úprave samotných rozpočtov, ich obsahu či rozpočtovému procesu, ale tiež vplyvu rozpočtového deficitu na ekonomiku štátu.
