The constitutional order in the Czech Republic and its importance for the strengthening of democracy in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá elementárními základy politického zřízení a postavením, vzájemnými vztahy a funkcí nejvyšších ústavních orgánů České republiky. Dále se zabývá principy, jakými jsou funkce státní moci svěřeny ústavním činitelům, ústavním institucím a státním úřadům, jak jsou uplatňovány vůči občanům a ostatnímu obyvatelstvu státu a jaký je vztah občanů, obyvatelstva, cizinců a státu. Provádí rozbor jednotlivých dokumentů tvořících Ústavní pořádek České republiky se zaměřením na obsažené demokratické principy, zdali obsahuje veškeré potřebné náležitosti, které tvoří demokratický stát, a to včetně záruk potřebných pro zachování a další posilování demokracie v České republice.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the elementary foundations of the political establishment and status, interrelationships and functions of the highest constitutional bodies of the Czech Republic. It also deals with principles such as the functions of state power vested constitutional factors, constitutional institutions and government agencies as applied to the citizens and the rest of the state population and the relationship of citizens, the population of foreigners and the state. Performs analysis of the various documents comprising the constitutional order of the Czech Republic included a focus on democratic principles, whether it contains all the necessary elements that make up a democratic state , including guarantees necessary to maintain and further strengthen democracy in the Czech Republic.
