Anotace:

The bachelor thesis should deal with the personnel marketing activities in the Jihlava polytechnical university. As to a target of the bachelor thesis the personnel marketing report has to be work out by the student for the university management. The report must include the student personnel marketing analysis and suggestions for the university personnel marketing improvement. The student has to explain the personnel marketing principles in the bachelor thesis theoretical parts and to do a short review of the other selected universities personnel marketing activities.
