Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem zvýšené koncentrace mikroprvku mědi na metabolismus sladkovodní zelené mikroskopické řasy Scenedesmus quadricauda. Byl navrhnut kultivační postup, v němž byly řasy v tekutém médiu vystaveny působení mědi o koncentraci 0, 1, 5 a 8 mg/l. This thesis studies effects of increased concentration of micronutrient copper on the metabolism of freshwater green microalga Scenedesmus quadricauda. A cultivation method was proposed, in which the algae in liquid medium were exposed to copper in concentration 0, 1, 5 and 8 mg/l.
