Demonopolization of the Insurance Market in the Czech Republic after the Year 1990
Abstract:
Tato práce zachycuje dění na pojistném trhu v České republice od roku 1989 do roku 2008. Je zde zachycen vývoj legislativy a postupná demonopolizace trhu i vstup České republiky do Evropského hospodářského prostoru. V práci je také zachycen vznik a vývoj pojišťovacích subjektů, které se na uvolňování trhu podílely, neboť na jejich historii je uvolňování trhu dobře patrné.
Abstract:
This bachelor composition covers the situation on the field of the insurance market in the Czech Republic between the years 1989 and 2008. There is also included the develepment of legislation and following demonopolization of the market and the entrance of the Czech Republic into the European Union.
