Diplomová práce „Spotřební daň z plastových výrobků" se zaměřuje na omezení produkce odpadu z plastových výrobků formou spotřební daně. Práce představuje problematiku plastového odpadu s ohledem na postavení odpadu z plastových výrobků v celkovém odpadu a vymezuje formy omezení produkce odpadu plastových výrobků, mezi které patří i zdanění spotřební daní. The diploma thesis "Excise duty on plastic products" focuses on reducing the production of waste from plastic products in the form of excise duty. The thesis presents the issue of plastic waste with regard to the position of waste from plastic products in the total waste and defines the forms of restrictions on the production of waste plastic products, including excise duty taxation.
