Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaká omezení jsou povinni strpět vlastníci nemovitostí v územích chráněných v režimu zákona č. 114/1992 Sb., o ochraně přírody a krajiny, ve znění novel. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to discover, which restrictions are mandatory for the real estate owners to tolerate in nature preserve in Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on the protection of nature and landscape.
