Miroslav Križan Date: april 2009 Page: 41 The aim of my work is to present the issue of an effective manager and his team in the process of development in the company, analyze the current situation and to propose innovative forms of management control in the selected companies. The work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes the strategic management and efficient manager, from a theoretical perspective. In the next section theoretical ly characterizes concrete steps that managers must be implemented to achieve objectives. The third chapter discusses the manager's position in the company. I analyze performance of previous periods and the current state, which I have shown in the charts. The final chapter deals innovative forms of management organization with a view to increase productivity and expansion of the current team of new employees for the purpose of achieving stated objectives. Miroslav Križan Dátum: apríl 2009 Počet strán: 41 Cieľom mojej práce je predstaviť problematiku efektívneho manažéra a jeho tímu v procese rozvoja spoločnosti, analyzovať súčasnú situáciu a navrhnúť inovatívne formy manažérskeho riadenia vo vybranej spoločnosti. Práca je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol. V prvej kapitole popisujem strategický manažment a efektívneho manažéra z teoretického pohľadu. V ďalšej časti teoreticky charakterizujem konkrétne kroky, ktoré musia manažéri realizovať na dosiahnutie stanovených cieľov. V tretej kapitole rozoberám svoju pozíciu manažéra v maklérskej spoločnosti. Analyzujem výkony minulých období a súčasného stavu, ktoré som zobrazil v grafoch. V záverečnej kapitole sa venujem inovatívnym formám riadenia organizácie s perspektívou nárastu produktivity a rozširovania súčasného tímu o nových spolupracovníkov za účelom dosahovania stanovených cieľov organizácie.
