Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vývoj a současné zaměření sociální práce v oblasti poradenství u cílové skupiny osob závislých na návykových látkách. Jejím cílem je popsat současnou situaci v oblasti drogové a sociální politiky se zaměřením na problematiku návykových látek a popis tendencí v jejím vývoji. Pomoc osobám závislým na návykových látkách je součástí sociální a drogové politiky jednotlivých států a územních celků. V průběhu času dochází ke změnám v užívání návykových látek, což má za následek rychle se měnící intervence v oblasti sociálních služeb a zdravotnictví. Pro správné pochopení problematiky sociální práce s osobami závislými na návykových látkách je nutné se mimo jiné zaměřit na vývoj drogové a protidrogové sociální politiky a její aktuální tendence nejen v České republice, ale i celosvětově. Jako příklad mohou sloužit trendy zaměřené na včasnou intervenci v oblasti užívání návykových látek, preventivní programy ve školách, krátké intervence jako je eSBIRT, či vznik institucí typu České asociace adiktologů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the development and contemporary orientation of social work in the area of counselling in the target group of people addicted to addictive substances. Its aim is to describe the current situation in the field of drug and social policy with a focus on substance abuse and a description of trends in its development.Assistance to addicts is part of the social and drug policies of individual states and territories. There was and still is a shift in drug use over time, resulting in rapidly changing interventions in the field of social services and healthcare. In order to properly understand the issue of social work with people dependent on addictive substances, it is necessary to focus, on the development of anti-drug policy and its current tendencies not only in the Czech Republic, but also globally. Examples include trends in early intervention in substance use, preventive programs in schools, short interventions such as eSBIRT, or the emergence of institutions such as the Czech Association of Addictologists.
