Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou faktorů ovlivňujících produktivitu práce v Československu mezi lety 1948 až 1960. V první části jsou vysvětleny pojmy týkající se produktivity práce, které jsou potřebné pro pochopení analyzovaných faktorů. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of factors affecting labour productivity in Czechoslovakia between 1948 and 1960.
