Occupational Accidents and their Compensations
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pracovních úrazů a jejich odškodňováním. Obsahem práce je charakteristika odpovědnosti v pracovněprávních vztazích, vysvětlením terminologie pracovních úrazů, jejich odškodňováním, druhem náhrad, zákonným pojištěním a odpovědnosti zaměstnavatele za škodu při pracovním úrazu. Praktická část se věnuje pracovním úrazům ve společnosti Norma Czech s.r.o.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with occupation accidents and their compensation. The thesis contains description of liability in labour relations, explanation of the terminology of occupational accidents, their compensation, types of compensation, statutory insurance and employer liability for damages in occupation accidents.
