Předkládaná práce se zabývá nedostatky jednacího řádu Poslanecké sněmovny v aplikační praxi, a to zejména v procedurálních otázkách. Thesis deals with application problems of the Rules of Procedure of the Chamber of deputies, especially in legislative procedure.
