Contract of Sale on an Enterprise
Abstract:
Práce zpracovává tématiku "Smlouvy o prodeji podniku", jako jednoho z typů smlouvy pojmenované v obchodním zákoníku. V kapitole I. je rozebrán pojem podniku v českém obchodním právu a možné dispozice s podnikem. Kapitola II. se zabývá vlastními ustanoveními o smlouvě o prodeji podniku. Obě kapitoly obsahují odkazy na rozsáhlou judikaturu.
Abstract:
My work elaborates the topic of the contract of sale of an enterprise. Chapter I. analysis the term enterprise in Czech commercial law. Chapter II. deals with the statutes conditioning The Contract of Sale of an Enterprise. Chapter III. is the conclusion and summary.
