Bakalářská práce se věnuje hodnocení pracovního výkonu a motivace k němu. Cílem práce je zmapování motivace ve vazbě k hodnocení pracovního výkonu ve vybrané společnosti XY. Dále ověření a analýza její struktury a případně vytknutí rozdílů mezi zkoumanými objekty. Odpovídá na hlavní otázku, zda hodnocení zaměstnanců ovlivňuje motivaci k pracovnímu výkonu. The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of work performance and motivation. The aim of the thesis is to map motivation in relation to the evaluation of work performance in a selected company XY.
