Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zpracování správního trestání a jeho prolínání s trestněprávním trestáním. Zaobírá se problematikou rozdílů či drobnějších odlišností, ale zároveň i podobnostmi. Zahrnuty jsou taktéž prameny právní úpravy, o které se trestání opírá a judikatura a náležitosti, ze kterých ono trestání vychází. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the processing of administrative punishment and its intermingling with criminal law punishment. It deals with the issue of differences or minor differences, but also with similarities.
