Abstract:

Annotation SPODNIAKOVA Katarina Bachelor work: Idea, substance and characteristic features of the legal entities Bank institute Prague University, foreign university Banska Bystrica Field of study: Legal administration in the entrepreneur’s sphere Supervisor of the work: JUDr. Tureková Zlatica Lucenec Number of Pages: 44 The aim of my bachelor work is to contribute to the explanation of the concept of the legal entity. In the juridical literature it is commonly used to identify the subjects of law in spite of not clearly described idea of this type of the subject of law. In my bachelor work I have tried to describe the essence of the legal entity. The essence of the legal entity cannot be explained without the detailed analysis of their legal regulation. It is also necessary to describe the different types of the legal entities as defined in § 18 of Civil Code. Without focusing on the characteristic attributes such as the name, domicile and the way of their proceedings, it would not be possible to finish this contribution on the legal entities as subjects of law. I believe that my bachelor work will sufficiently contribute to the explanation of the concept of the legal entity.

Anotácia SPODNIAKOVÁ Katarína Bakalárska práca: Pojem, podstata a charakteristické znaky právnických osôb Bankovní institut vysoká škola Praha, zahraničná vysoká škola Banská Bystrica Odbor: Právna administratíva v podnikateľskej sfére Vedúca práce : JUDr. Tureková Zlatica Lučenec Počet strán : 44 Cieľom bakalárskej práce je prispieť k objasneniu pojmu právnickej osoby. V právnickej literatúre sa bežne používa na označenie subjektu práva napriek tomu, že nie je jasne vysvetlená podstata tohto druhu subjektu práva. Touto bakalárskou prácou som sa snažila prispieť k priblíženiu podstaty právnickej osoby. Podstatu právnickej osoby nemožno vysvetliť bez toho, aby sme podrobnejšie postupne nerozobrali právnu úpravu právnických osôb a nedotkli sa jednotlivých druhov právnických osôb tak, ako ich v § 18 definuje Občiansky zákonník. Bez upozornenia na charakteristické znaky, ktorými sú názov, sídlo a spôsob konania by nebolo možné ukončiť tento príspevok k právnickej osobe ako subjektu práva. Verím, že touto bakalárskou prácou dostatočne prispejem k objasneniu pojmu právnická osoba.
