Effective Management Style and Leadership

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce "Efektivní styl řízení a vedení lidí" je objasnění stylů řízení a jejich působení na efektivitu práce. V teoretické části je popsána osobnost manažera, styly řízení, typologie členů týmu, motivace a způsoby rozvoje pracovníků. V praktické části jsou analyzovány styly řízení sedmi vedoucích týmů dané společnosti, typologie členů týmu a působení motivačních prosředků. Identifikace stylů řízení, typologie členů týmů, motivace a spokojenost zaměstnanců je porovnávána pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na závěr jsou stanoveny doporučení managementu,které mohou vést ke zvýšení efektivity práce a spokojenosti zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The aim of my bachelor´s thesis "Effective management style and leadership" is explanation of management styles and their action on. The theoretical part describes manager personality, management styles, team member´s typology, motivation and ways of employees developments. The practical part analyses management styles of seven teamleaders of the company, typology of the team and effectiveness of motivational assets. Identification of management styles, team member´s typology, motivation and employess satisfaction is comparing through the use of questionnaires. At the conclusion are defined recommendations to management which can onwards to work effectiveness increases and employees satisfaction.
