Optimization of dislocation and arrangement of the central warehouse of the company TNT

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je optimalizace dislokace a uspořádání centrálního skladu firmy TNT Innight Czech Republic s.r.o.. V úvodu práce je zhodnocení současného skladu, kde jsou provedeny rozbory jednotlivých tras a souvisejících nákladů. Poté na základě četnosti a lokalit doručování bylo vybráno nové místo pro sklad a i tady byly provedeny rozbory jednotlivých tras a souvisejících nákladů. V závěru byly stanoveny náklady na první rok a poté i náklady na rok 2016. Na základě detailních rozborů tras a nákladů spojených s provozem skladu vychází jednoznačná efektivnost změny skladu.

Abstract:

Aim of the graduation these is to optimize the location and arrangement of the central warehouse of the company TNT Innight Czech Republic sro. In the beginning is to appreciation the current warehouse, where are performed analyzes of individual routes and related costs. Then, based on the frequency and delivery locations were chosen a new location for the store, and here were performed analyzes of individual routes and related costs. Finally, In the end fixed the cost for the first year, then costs in 2016. Based on detailed analyzes of routes and costs associated with the operation of the store, based on clear efficiency changes warehouse.
