Abstract:
Cryptogein patří mezi elicitíny, což jsou proteiny vylučované Oomycetou Phytophthorou. V tabákových buňkách mohou indukovat obrannou reakci. Indukce obranné reakce byla sledována na změnách pH a syntéze aktivních forem kyslíku (peroxidu vodíku) u mutovaných forem tohoto proteinu. Abstract:
Cryptogein come under elicitins, that are proteins secreted by Oomcycet Phytophthora. In tobacco cells can induce defence response. Induction of defense response was observed on pH changes and synthesis reactive oxygen species (hydrogen peroxide) cryptogein mutants.
