Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do pěti částí. První část definuje základní pojmy, kterými jsou podnikatel, podnikání, místo podnikání a další. Cílem druhé části je seznámení s jednotlivými právními formami podnikání. This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part defines the basic concepts, which are an entrepreneur, business, a place of business, and others.
